Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All fabric yardage, wallpaper, and pillows are printed-to-order and will ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase .  They are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.  Tracking info will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Rugs are shipped directly from manufacturer and can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping from their warehouse. Most rug orders are shipped via Fedex and tracking info will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

If you would like expedited shipping, rush services are offered at an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing and timeline before ordering.

Returns

Fabric Yardage and Pillows: We accept returns for full refund on unused pillows if contact is made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please email info@gailwrightathome.com to initiate return process. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrives damaged.

Wallpaper: All wallpaper orders are final sale. All orders are custom printed and therefore can not be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your purchase.  

Rugs: Our return policy for rugs is 30 days for non-defective items and 7 days for defective items. Only returns or claims made prior to these respective time periods will be reviewed. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective rugs. We do not accept returns for 18" x 18" rug samples.
